Quorn Carb-Free Egg Muffins | Healthy Eating


These no carb Quorn muffins are perfect for breakfast or as a small snack if you are eating clean. They are carb free and stuffed full of protein. They are quick and simple to make and only cost around £1 to make a batch of six!
Whisk 4 Large Eggs
Roughly Chop Veggies

Cut Quorn into strips 

Combine all chopped ingredients


Bake for 10-15 mins at 200c
